What to Expect

Friendly, experienced staff put your child first.

We treat each patient as if they were our own child.

Whether your child is an infant or toddler, in elementary school or navigating the teen years, or has special needs, he or she will feel right at home in a friendly environment designed just for them.

Our Approach

We will speak candidly with you about your child’s dental health and treatment and encourage you to ask questions. Likewise, we will work with your child individually to help them understand the importance of good dental health and the steps they can take at home to keep their smiles beautiful and healthy for a lifetime.

We focus on:

  • Eliminating the fear many children associate with the dentist by providing care in a fun, relaxed and non-intimidating way.
  • Educating you and your child on dental hygiene.
  • Using gentle dental treatments for all of our patients.

Appointments

We always try our best to accommodate scheduling requests. Children who are preschool age and younger and those who need extensive dental work are generally seen early in the morning. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide us with 24 hour’s notice.

During your child’s first appointment, you are welcome to stay in the exam room. At future appointments, we encourage you to stay in the waiting area. We have found that we can better gain your child’s confidence and help them overcome anxiety without a parent present. We ask that any child not being treated remain in the waiting area with an adult.
